Bad service,slow ques

There's plenty of associates behind the cash desk,but the Que is not moving at all,was helped by Emea who still didn't acknowledge us when we got to her till point.We asked why is the que not moving but there's plenty of them behind the cash desk she answered she doesn't know.Jet Limpopo Mall
