Bad services

I bought a phone at Jet on the 25th of November what happened was i paid R2000 cash and toped up the balance of the phone using my fathers credit account bcz the phone was going for R3800 and when i now had to sign the confiramtion documents the lady cancelled the process bcz it was my father account when she cancelled the process the money was alrdy deducted from the account then they told me to come back the following day they still have to check if it reflected on thier side but when my father checked the money on his account was deducted he evn got the confirmation sms that i purchased something using his card and his monthley statement has gone high ,until today i havnt recieved the phone not evn my refund that i had paid cash the the only response that i get when i get there is that they will call me but they wont and im using money everyday to go to town just to follow up. Can anyone who has experienced this please advise me what to do bcz i dnt know what to do anymore.
