Bad service sitting with No phone

Hi bought a phone in January Nokia at Jet store in corkwood then in July the phone had faulty was switching itself off for about 2 days i return the phone to the shop then then send it on repairs my phone had a protector screen was damage not the real screen then the phone came back from repair telling me that they cant fix the phone because of the protector screen that was broken we then took off the protector to show them the at store that the real screen of the phone was not broken now im sitting with the phone that i bought in January not working i was so upset and angry because the day i was return the phone the was customer who was buying a phone then it happens that the phone was flat needed to charged a brand new phone from the box the customer had to wait for that now i wondered if my phone is it new wont go and buy anything from you they told me they cant do nothing because of what was said by the people who repaired the phone
