Bad service RCS Jet

Got a RCS Jet card on the 17/5/2024 and after numerous calls and dailing *120*5102* to set my pin, i had no luck. Why issue these card if we cannot set pin numbers. The service is pathetic, and also no reply to my email. Everytime I have to repeat myself over and over, just to be told they will trf me to the IVR dept and then just to get back to customer care and repeating the same thing all over again
