Bad service Jet Clothing stores

Hello

My elderly mother has an account at Jet clothing stores. She fully paid the account end of April and it had R0 balance.

She recently received a message that she is owing R304.00 and she needs to pay it in order to close off the account. She was told that she took up a Jet Club and Mobile download subscription that requires certain amount each time. When we ask Jet stores to show us the proof that she indeed signed up for these subscriptions they were unable to provide and just told her she needs to pay.

Kindly note that she is elderly and unable to pay such money hence she paid up the account in April.
