Bad 👎 service in Jet North West Mall by Nonkelese.

On the 26th of October 2021, I went to jet in Mafikeng Branch number 454657 (Jet North West Mall) to buy clothers. On the 28 October 2021 I went to do exchange as some of the clothers did not fit. When I get to the door the lady said I can go inside because the sticker for exchange are not signed. I went to get big sizes, went to the pay point. And The cashier said "where is you exchange sticker? When you get to the door you must tell that you came to exchange so that they can give you a sticker" I said the lady at the door said the stickers are not signed. The cashier said take out the clothes in the bag, so I did that. She started helping me showing no interest to help. When she finished I asked her for my old slip because am not sure about the other clothes. She said " you should have done a copy of the slip because am going to take the old slip". I said I did not know that I have to make a copy of the slip. So she went to do a copy then she said next time you should make a copy for you self before coming to the store to exchange. I asked her to write on the copy so that when I come for exchange I will not get any problem. She said to me " something are boring throwing the slip in to my face" I just toke the slip and left.

1. I am not happy about the service I got from the cashier by the name of Nonkelese. 2. She don't even great customers. 3. She don't know who to speak to customers. 4. She does how any interest of helping a customers. 5. She throw things to the customers.
