Bad service from the Manager Pule

I need this case to be reopened as it say its been resolved but not yet. CS-***

I need to report the manager Pule. I went there on Saturday to solve my issue. I get there and asked for him. I told him am here and need to see him. He told me to get him by the door. To my surprise he had left the shop and he could not even say sorry i have to go someone and maybe ask his second IN charge to see to me. I went to the second inChange manager to explain to her my issue. They where all surprised cause they saw and heard me telling him that am here to see him.

The level of disrespect he has showed me is just on another level.

Does he treat all clients like this,. I fee this needs to be dealt with and need to know the measures taken.

Every little cent that we bring to the shop counts in paying his salary
