Bad service from Jet stores

Contacted Jet to close my account after I settled the account. The account was settled on the 1 July cantacted RCS on the 7th July who advised that Jet will call. till today Jet has contacted me, I called today 11 July 2022 to follow up. I was advised by RCS consultant that Jet does not allow them to close the account even if it is paid up.
