Bad service from Jet store east rand mall

Bad service from jet store in east rand mall from the lady by the name of Valancia and Tshepiso, me and my wife we bought a dress on the 15th of September and my wife sh wore it once and the material just streshed and sh was nit happy about the dress we then went back to the shop to return it actually we thought of exchanging it with something else but to our surprise those two ladys told us that they cant take the dress because she wore it soo the shop doesn't allow that and by doing that thy were soo rood and when I ask if is only this jet or all the jets she just said she won't talk for other jet stores and to my surprise one of the ladys there said thy should just change it which showed that its possible, but this ladys valencia came with the attitude that she wants to show us that shes the boss, I'm not happy about the treatment of this shop to wards the customers if that's how thy oparate noo people need to know about this
