Bad service from Jet Cashier at Chris Hani Crossing

Came to Jet Chris Hani Mall at Vosloorus to pay my account, I told the cashier (Vuyelwa Mashaya) that I'm paying R100, she mistakenly puts R200 by mistake instead of acknowledging the mistake she wants me to live my ID with her that alone is ***** how do you ask a customer to do that, that's not acceptable to want a customer to pay for your mistake. She was rude could not explain to me properly what's happening. The problem was solved because I called someone to assist, I didn't even get a receipt to be sure if the problem was solved indeed. I'm shattered with the treatment they gave it's unacceptable. No customer service at all even when I got there they carried as if I was not there. I was treated like I'm a ***** for her mistake.
