Bad service from cosmo mall store

i recently opened up a clothing acc with Jet store in Cosmo City. I had a rude awakening to discover that they have added unnecessary policies without my consent. each time i would have to stand in a queue at their store speaking to an operator on the telephone trying to cancel the policies. This consumed a lot of my time and in the end my queries were not resolved after 1000th attempt. I do not receive my statements despite asking them to send the statements countless times. I wouldn't recommend anyone to open up an account with Jet. Great deal of lack of professionalism. I regret joining Jet stores.
