Bad service, false information, ****s

This is the worst experience I had with jet. Their employees lie about working hours becuase they rushing to knock off. The guy who was helping me open an account was not useful at all. He made me feel that this is my first time doing it. He **** and said I need wait for 3 working days to get response if they approve me and guess what I got the sms right there and there that I'm approved I need go collect the card at the nearest store. I asked for the manager and becuase he saw that he's employees lie he asked one of then to help. One lady still **** and said the head office closes at 3 while the other guy says it's closes at 1pm. They could've told me they don't want. So I can open it elsewhere not to lie and make me waist my time for nonsense
