Bad service

I paid up my account with them, only to find that I have paid extra money I only found that out when I wanted to close the account...... Then I was told to go to Branch and request a refund when I reached out to the Estcourt Branch I was told I need to write a letter together with bank statement I submitted all the documents requested but no response up until now.
