Bad service
I went to jet store to buy a shirt then arrived at home the shirt didn’t fit my son so I asked my mom to take it back first encounter they said they don’t do refund before 11am haw okay then she went back on Saturday for the refund they telling her that the shirt is not on the slip. But how because I bought the shirt there and they gave me the slip. So unfortunately I was not there and mum is a quite person she then left but my thing is how many time must we go back to the shop for a 150 refund. The shirt is from that store and it’s recent stock but they turned my mom away. Imagine

26 Aug 2024, 16:13The store is jet lakeside mall and the lady was fortunate and the store manager as well got involved. I even went back for the third time and the store manager couldn’t assist I ended up leaving the shirt as well as my money because they were not willing to assist me. So the shirt is at the store and my money was never refunded
