Bad Service

Jet has a bad service and doesn't take us serious as customers. Around March I paid off my account with them, 2 months later I received a call from them stating that I owe R892.00. I paid it off again and requested to cancel the account around May, till today they don't want to cancel the account. They always have excuses because they want to chow our money.

Jet doesn't treat their clients right. I want to close that account.
