bad service

What a sad and bad experience i have ever had, I have an account with Jet and the last time i checked, i had a balance for the phone, every time i pay this account, it does not go any further, i had insurance for my phone which i have cancelled it in 2019 already, i noticed that there was life cover on my account which i didn't request for, i requested to cancel that in 2019, i phoned them and they told me that i have insurance of R350 which i don't know,a lady from insurance dept who asked me for the stand number which i do not have as i am staying in rural area, she was very rude and she said she wont be able to cancel this insurance until i know either postal address or stand number of which i was using Box 152,116. i am not paying this account anymore until they resolved it, Mrs NSK Sobekwa, *** 083. ncisininde A/A Nqamakwe 4990, Cell no.***, I cannot spend more money and phone call centre. Even the lady who phoned me dropped the phone when i was telling her about insurance
