bad service

I have been paying my account every end month, online and at jet stores but it seems like nothing happen on my account. the amount stays the same everytime when i go pay my account. if i ask for a statement. they telling me that they cant give me a statement of my account because jet is no longer jet as it used to be, but as im saying account stays the same account even though the jet store change.
