Bad service

I went to jet in siyabuswa and the service there was bad very bad ,now the issue here is my store card the cashier couldn’t see the security code on the and didn’t even bother to try other means to assist me she just told me there’s nothing she can do besides replace my card I told the cashier I just bought with the now at another tfg store and they used the last 3/4 digits of the card number I’m so frustrated really what kind of service is this no name badge nothing she didn’t even ask her colleagues assistance
