Bad service at Jet store

I bought a pair of black jeans without fitting it but when I went to exchange it for a bigger size @ jet (Pan African Mall) the teller/cashier referred me to her manager (Nhlanhla) a rude ******** & insensitive woman who refused to exchange the jean (only because it had a little dirt by the leg when u tried wearing it & discovered it was 1 size smaller). I am really appalled by the manner she handled this entire situation, telling me about her loss & important emails she had to reply to & also finding lousy faults with the jean just for her not to exchange it. when I retaliated she told me I can't tell her how to run "her store" & that she will Never exchange the jean for me, & she said it with so much attitude in her voice.
