Bad Service at Jet Springs
I was @ Jet springs to buy a TV after purchasing a new TV licence at the post office. I had a very bad experience. The sales guy on the floor was helpful but the staff at the customer service have a stinking attitude and they are not helpful at all. They gave me attitude from the moment they saw that I'm there to purchase a TV. They requested my TV licence and I gave it to them and before they even tried it on the system , they told me its not going to work. Apparently my licence was not activated. I went back to the post office where I purchased my tv licence and they told me there's no such. Called the SABC call center using my airtime, they said the same thing they even requested to speak to lady that was helping me at JET but she was not even willing to take my phone but she eventually took it and they explained everything to her but still she could not help me and sent me to another cashier that gave me attitude as well. She said to me I must go stand at the back of the que as she was busy and at that moment she was helping no one. They kept me waiting there for a while without helping me. I even discovered that they knew what they needed to do but they were just lazy. They then told me that they can't help me as the SABC call center is closed on weekends. I dont know how because I phoned the call center with my phone ealier and I was able to speak to them. Eventually they spoke to the call center and they emailed my documents to them using an incorrect email address. I was then asked to come back after 30 minutes since they were still trying to sort it out. I came back after 30 minutes and nothing was done, they tried to phone the SABC while I was standing there and after they told me that the call center has closed. I need to come back on Monday. After spending 3 hours of my time there , I still could not buy a TV due to a stupid TV licence. Ive never experienced such bad service in my entire life. If JET Springs wants to make more money or if they still want to have customers they must invest in training their staff or change them. If any one wants to experience bad customer service they must go to JET springs. They are very bad.
