Bad service at Jet

I am highly disappointed at the way I was treated at Jet by the Manager Adelaide. She told me it was too early for her to assist me with my complaint. After waiting half and hour I was only assisted and she told me that I would need to wait for the matter to be investigated further, after spending an hour yesterday in the shop waiting to be assisted. R2000,00 rand has gone off on the account and the gift cards I have don't have R2000,00 rands worth of vouchers on them. I left the shop still unassisted, my time has been wasted and I'm sitting with a problem and Jet has my money.
