Bad service at Jet Carnival Mall

I received very very poor service from a woman called Lindi at Jet, Carnival Mall today. That woman shouted at me while I was trying to show my sister the kids items I needed for my girls, I didn't know I'm not allowed to take pics or videos of their items. I asked why she was shouting at me and she rudely told me that's how she talks. Her colleague apologized to me but she never did. I will never ever set my foot in that store again. That woman disrespected me today.
