Bad service at JET

I have a ********** account at JET, I drove to check the documents which are not mine, I asked for the cctv footage but they said they were not working, we called the Daveyton store as well since the account was activated there and purchase was done there, also the cameras are not working.

What kind of service is this having a big store that has cameras that are not working?

That footage is my only hope and link to the ********* but if the store does not have the working camera what is it there for?

I so wish to sue JET for this as it seems like they working with ********* because that footage will reveal who is behind this but if they don't have it, they are also hiding their bad doings.

I'm so upset to a point that my work is on the line since now I have ***** in my name yet I work in the financial industry.

Can this cameras be fixed and I get to see who is behind this or shud I sue JET?
