BAD SERVICE AT JET
Bad service at JET Stores
I managed to complete the dispute form at JET Store in carltonville, I wonder why I had to travel up n down to get some help at JET, if it wasn't for Mrs Puleng Mokoena at carltonville I guess I could be crazy by now, she did all she can to ease me down and help me where she can, big up to Mrs Puleng Mokoena, as for the other two store managers (jhb and westonaria) u need more and more training on how to deal with your customers. JHB sent me far as in carltonville, westonaria sent me far as Daveyton.
I wasted my time and petrol for all this trips, who will Compensate for all this??
Seeing the documents submitted for application, it's totally not on, kindly advise which process do you use to check for legit documents?
