Bad service and being cheated

I am very disappointed at the fact that NOnhlanhla Makhanya assisted me in closing my account even even sent me a letter saying i paid in full that closed account in March than in May I received an MMS requesting me to pay the account as I was owing and when i went asked them they keep passing me to someone and they telling me that they will call me back.I have sent them email and called them but still not getting help i need. Jet is playing games with us ,cheating us account holders.<br> I still receive the mms to pay even when i dnt understand why I must pay when my account was closed and i have proof and worse of all I dnt know what i am paying for as I do not receive anything.
