Bad service and bad attitude

I went to Jet Store in Protea Glen Mall on the 24/11/2015 to purchase boys clothes. The transaction went through successful and my bank card was deducted with R199,97. The cashier Lungile said her system was offline as it showed declined on the EFT voucher. <br> <br> Even when i explained that Jet has already deducted the funds and showed them prove from my cellphone bank notification. <br> <br> Lungile called the Manager Lucky N and he had a bad attitude and was not helpful at all even if i explained about the deduction. He asked for my details and phoned me later for bank statement. <br> <br> I gave them bank statement and still i did not receive the goods. Unhappy customer and i promise i will never buy at Jet stores Protea Glen Mall*** again. I will tell my friends and family to stop buying from Jet Protea Glen Mall on Social Media. The service is pathetic.<br> <br> I want my money back.
