Bad service

So,today after almost 4months of one way communication,from my side,Jet called.Asking why my account hasn't been payed.I almost feel sorry for the lady because I didn't give her any change to speak.After my monolog she only said "okay then,goodbye" No how can I help you,nada. So I am still at square one with them and my account that they *****ed up And such BAD customer service
