Bad service a

The service I received at jet store mall at carnival was shocking the was one cashier working and the line was long when I asked if they will get another cashier the lady said she works at works and yes the is only one person working and she walked off leaving there. I then called out and ask is she not going to find us someone who can assist since she doesn't work there. The worst part is that the lady at the cashier did not even bother to explain to us that the is a system issue only found out when it was my turn to be asssisted. Having waited for only to be told when I got at the till.
