Bad service

Good afternoon just wanna say jets payment account section gives extremely bad service on the 25th of aug20 I paid my account R250 but it never reflected on my account since then I have email my bank statements and proof from my mobile app to say that I have paid nobody has contact me or try to help so that It can reflect on my account
