Bad service

The worst service ever in an institution, I made a funeral claim on 2020/12/29 but the claim was only sent in on the following Saturday and every time I came to the store I was made to wait for over an hour before I could get assistance, the store is in no state to operate a business. The workers complain about being short-staffed
