Bad service

Hello peter I'd like to be helped with a cell phone issue ,on June 2020 I took my cell phone for repairs to Jet store at Mount Frere in the Eastern cape ,they then said they'll return it to Samsung store since it's a Samsung phone since June last year I haven't received my cell phone they told Jet store that my cell phone has already been collected ,I've been trying to get hold of them ever since ..they keep telling me that they're tracing it . right now I'll have to take legal actions against them and expose them
