Bad Service

Payed my account balance Aug 2020 But it reflected that I’m still owing them, tried calling and sending email to RCS to rectify this with no luck , till they started bugging me w/calls this year to pay an amount of 1k , asked them to send me a statement of what exactly I’m owing since I haven’t taken anything till now I haven’t gotten a response and it’s reflecting badly on my credit score.
