Bad Service

What happened to customer first? I went shopping with my daughter @jet clearwater. We were assisted by Cindy" cashier around 17:45 (25:07:2020) Saturday. There was 1summer gown on sale with no tec on it.. Cindy said to me she cant sell it to me coz theres no price on it and i should go check if there r others? Cz vision is down and she cant help and i asked her to call the her supervisor fr me"she said" his busy in the office and dont think he could come now" not even to call or page him" lucky the store manager came"Doctor" because the store was about to close. Cindy explained to him and he told me theres nothing he can do now coz theres no price tec and what he can do is to take my details for him to check 2mro with others stores" but i must take his details to remind him because he has a lot to do. I was so shocked with that response coming from a "store manager.
