Bad service

I'm very disappointed in Jets Secunda Mall I opened an account last month and only had bad experience with them. Firstly i had 8000 to spent i bought for R1700 when i wanted to exchange they told me i must pay in R1400 for now reason. After wasted almost 5hours to exchanged my clothes it was finally done without paying for an exchange. Yesterday i when back to pay my account which my instalment was R190 but i payed R500. I wanted to buy 2 cellphones and again poor poor service and i wasted again 4hours there. I asked for a specific phone than was in the showcase and the lady came back and said they don't have stock of the one i wanted. I was not interested in the future one she brought me. I then asked for another one that was on in the showcase as i was almost finnish to pay i checked the new phone's settings only to fined that the lady again brought me the wrong phones. Jest Secunda Mall staff needs very urgent training on product knowledge and for sure customer service they don't know what's going on in their store. How can a staff member say i dont know the cellphones we just selling it. We don't know the system. That cellphone showcase is such a mess. Wrong prices on display. On the phone stands they advertise one phone with a different price and phone on the price card. Its a mess and untidy. After 4hours wasted there i still didn't have the phones i payed a deposit on and left. Hoping they'll call me as soon as they received stock of the phones i asked for. I will pay up my account and Jets Secunda Mall wont see me again.
