Bad service

I am now standing in your Jet Soshanguve Crossing to have my items refunded. I get to the cashier and they tell me that they have just dome a pick up and they don't have cash and I needed to wait for someone to pay cash. What kind of a joke is this? The cashier is not even friendly. All three of them are lingering around the counter talking nonsense about the management
