Bad service

I purchased clothes on Saturday and they swiped my bankcard the first time, nothing happened from their side but I immediately received notification that a transaction went through. I showed the lady at the till point, however she told me that in 30mins the transaction will be reversed. She then swiped my card again, which doubled the amount i paid on that day.

Today marks the 5th day since that happened and still I have not received my money back. I went to them on Tuesday and submitted my bank statement, which costed me to print, not forgetting my time wasted. To my dismay I was told that this normal happens and they could not tell me when i will receive feedback regarding reimbur*****t of my money.

This has affected my budget immensely because certain debit orders were suppose to go through but for a big company like Jet I cant understand why its taking them such a longtime to reverse this transaction.
