Bad service

I was shopping at Jet Carlton centre on 2016_01_05 around lunchtime and 2 new ladies still on training came and asked me if they can check my account if I qualify for 50% off.Then their till operator checked,starting by saying I must move over from the other side because its gonna look like he's giving me money.I didn't qualified so he offered me insurance and I refused because I already have insurance with Hillard from Edgar's account.I left and continued with shopping,so my card and others things fell on the floor.I picked it up and went to the same counter and I couldn't find my card and he came and said I am stressed woman because i didnt wanna take any offer he mentioned.The other guy said I left my card at home.It was the first time using my Edgar's card at Jet and I was humiliated by those 2 guys and in front of those 2 trainees who didn't even come to my rescue since they knew I had my card with me.Never will I set my foot in that shop in Johannesburg they are so rude.Unfortunately I didn't take their names down because I was too furious with their insults.
