I logged a complaint with Jet stores, to this day no correspondence was received from them

24 Feb 2021, 10:10I am so frastrated with Jet Stores, they just don't care about their customers. This is my 3rd review but to date I haven't received any call from they. The signed me up for their monthly club magazine without my consent which is charging me every mont, I was told they will investigate and come back to me but to date I have not received any correspondence from them.
