Bad service

I settled the Jet account in 2017 and I advised them to close the account as well. It was not an easy process as I had to go back twice to the store for reason, like a fool I followed their instructions as I wanted the account to be closed. I had two ad on products on this account, Jet store chose to cancel one and they left the other. The following month, i received a call from Jet regarding an unpaid instalment. I told the person who phoned me that the account should have been closed as per my instruction (account holder) and I don’t want any services from Jet. However, they continuously ignored my request and force their services. The last conversation I had with a consulted is that they will hand this account over to their attorneys, since i am refusing to the balance outstanding for R193.15 and i will also be responsible for legal fees as well. I am very frustrated and angry with Jet store. Everybody is telling that it is impossible to close a Jet account. It might seem like a small amount but this services has been forced on me and I don’t like it!
