Bad service

Today I experienced the worst service ever at dobsonville jej I was in line than was called next when it was time for payment I have the woman the gift card I received and had to pay balance only than I was told she can't swipe I gotta go and wait in another line to withdraw and come back to pay I told her I can't she should have advised from the 1 st time than she cancelled the whole transaction and I had to start with the other guy and now the gift card wasn't working, (declining) they called head office and they told them the voucher still has money and the supervisor advised I should come back tomorrow I spent an hour just waiting for assistance, I am very angry.
