BAD SERVICE

there was a ********* that opened an account last year by Jet and we only found out about it this year. We completed a dispute form and everything was sorted when we asked Mr Price to put back our credit limit because we think the ********* moved on to someone else we had to find out that Jet has put us on ITC. My husband phoned and according to them we are not on ITC and a letter was suppose to be send to us to state that so that we can send it to Mr Price but still nothing has happened
