Bad service
On the 17 August 2018 at about 14h00 I went to Jet store at bluff towers in order to replace a lost card.I was told by a lady that I need to have a certified copy of my identity book and when I tried to inform her that I'm carrying the original she said they need copies I also told her that it'll be difficult since I have to drive quiet a distance to a police station but she refused to assist. I then wondered why they can't do copies and certified them in-store since they are the ones requiring such.
