Bad service

The service I have received at Jet JHB CBD KERK street has left a bad taste in my mouth. I am not happy with the service i received from Jet. I went there on Friday around 08:05 to buy a phone using Jet gift voucher I was attended around 08:45 one of the cashiers told me that cellular consultant is scheduled from 08:30 but the store is opened. consultant who attended me did not greet or apologies for the delay she then advised me that i cant buy a phone using Jet gift voucher.I had to call customer care using my Airtime to confirm.customer care Team leader told me that i can buy a phone using a gift voucher. This is frustrating to deal with people who have no detail to attention and listen with their mouths and not with their ears. Adcorp, please employ people who are competent or ups**** your existing stuff about service. These clowns are letting your business down especially that so called Manager Casper Mahlangu what a useless Manager.he doesn't deserve to be in that position he cant even retain customer's.
