Bad service

Greeting,I will never ever shop at Jet again,I have learned my lesson. I bought a jersey but it didn't fit me. I went to Jet to return it but I could not find bigger size so I decided to refund it. To my surprise they said they do not do refund. I was told by a store manager, I explained myself to him how I cannot find the size. He finally decided after 15 minutes to refund me but only on a gift card. I refused he said on my bank account because I use it to buy the product with it. I agree to it but what they didn't tell me was that the money will be deposited in my bank account after 3 days. This is not the first time this happen.Jet does not value their consumers. At the back of their till slip they state that if you not happy with your product you can return it or ask for a refund if is on good condition. The cannot follow they own rules. This took place at Jet 278 Church street.Pretoria.
