Bad service

The manager of Jet store Hartebees refused we return stuff we bought at Jet Kwagga. He was stating that they don't sell a certain brand at their store therefore we can't return it here. When asked where that is stated, he couldn't respond. Asked to speak to the owner of the store, he refused. It's sad as black people we treat each other. But I won't accept such bad service. It's not about colour but about being a client. Such managers don't deserve to be employed
