Bad service

I keep getting calls saying that I still owe my jet account. I finished pay my account over a year ago. When I ask for my proof of payment so that I can send it to the lawyers because they are pestering me. I don't get feedback and it's been 2 months since I started logging complaints to Jet, Edgar's and rcs. Still no feedback from any stores. I went to the store and no one can pick up my Account on their systems yet I owe them.
