Bad service
<p>I recently visited jet store at Westgate to buy baby stuff the service I got there was extremely bad I was attended by lindiwe and vivian the Dnt knw the meaning of customer service they have attitude and there are very arrogant I Will never ever shop there again because of this two human beings worse part is that there are too old for their bad attitude</p>

We have escalated the complaint to the Jet West gate management to address as our valued customer is not happy that the store staff members had bad attitude which resulted in our valued customer stating that you e will never visit the store again, this is as per the post sent to us. The store management will make certain that this kind of incident does not re occur and provide the necessary training for our staff members.
