Bad Service

Good Day 5th August 2020 I purchased a cell phone at Jet store in Gugulethu Mall, Cape Town with 2 to 3 days I had network connections . I went back on the store to report the matter Sales lady insist that the phone will work I must give it a day after a day same issue , I went back and it was taken for repairs , I just received it back still same problem, They have pathetic service and no manners at all to the customers.
