Bad service

Horrible experience @ Jet Town centre I never felt so invisible in my whole entire life as a former cashier this was just horrible service!!!! (To say the LEAST) if I could rate 0.0 I WOULD. I literally stood in the queue 15 minutes if not more, they eventually decided to help the person before me after almost 15 minutes I was then only customer and was ignored and continued to stand and stand I then eventually lost my **** as there was 2 other people behind me by then and asked when I'll STOP being invisible? there was absolutely NO RESPONSE! the supervisor just walked up and don't overriding the cashiers was arguing about lunch/tea not even bothered about customers. ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGY whatsoever I love shopping @ Jet but this one is definitely not one for the WIN!
