Bad service

No customer service from the front door until the back of the store...always no one to assist ,staff member to assist in store.they always makes you feel unwelcome, and that you shouldn't ask them anything. The staff members aswell as management talk to each in a unprofessional manner..no communication if they do assist. I took a carpet it was a birthday gift for someone I wanted to purchase but there were no prices on both items..so I. Ask for assistance and I was waiting for 20min to be assist. The manager went to check the price on the Till.and shouted from the Till point to give me a price..
